Your Role: As a real estate broker, you will help a diverse range of clients with selling, renting and buying homes. Some of the things you will do: • Advocate for clients during sales negotiations and when creating home transaction contracts • Advise clients on how to price their home and get it ready for sale • Network and pursue referrals and nurture a roster of clients • Be available to show homes to clients and attend open houses • Advise home sellers on how they can better prepare their home for listing and showings • Partner with clients to buy, sell and rent real estate properties within the target market you have identified • Actively seek and solicit clients by promoting brand, networking, advertising and offering services to potentially interested parties • Show various properties to prospective buyers and renters in order to showcase options and help them find the right property • Advise clients on best practices in light of market conditions, general prospects and other relevant impacting factors • Negotiate between buyers and sellers to facilitate agreements that best serve both parties involved and maintain the value of the property at hand • Ensure that all real estate transactions initiated are in complete compliance with the applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, sale or lease of a property What you get out of this: • Provide you with support for best practices within our local real estate market so you can thrive in the real estate market • Offer you a flexible schedule so you can have a healthy work/life balance • Give you a competitive commission rate to offer you financial security • Evaluate commercial properties, developments, and land opportunities. • Real estate valuation and Pro-forma modeling • Learn and practice the fundamentals of project management and consulting Qualifications: • A licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Oregon (Washington would be great too) • An book of business or proven track record on how to build a book of business • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Interdependent: problem solver; yet thrives working in a team environment around like-minded players • Competitive, resilient, and driven • Accountable & Ethical • Skilled communicators with polished interpersonal communication skills • Natural deal makers and negotiators Compensation: • Brokerage Sales: Commission (Range ($25,000 – $100,000+) • Consulting: Fee basis ($12,000-$55,000) • Project Management: Project/ Fee basis ($30,000-$100,000+ per project) If this sounds like a role that may interest you and you want to talk more, send us your resume.
