Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and coordinate approved repairs with our contractor / vendor list Manage Utility transfers and bills Manage our CRM to ensure timely follow up and information entry Create email blast advertisements as well as advertisements on Facebook and other social media to market properties Assist in other day to day activities that may require you to drive Requirements: Honesty and Integrity Real Estate Transaction coordination experience is a plus Real estate license not required Excellent attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Basic word processing and excel skills Believes in prioritizing the customer experience Cool and calm demeanor when resolving issues and communicating with Agents and Clients Working, reliable vehicle
