Strong online and social media presence with widespread support by current and past customers (over 300 social media reviewers/commenters). The growing real estate market is not the only growth driver for this company. Opportunities for up selling more services, converting sellers to full service traditional real estate services, representing listed sellers in their purchase of their next property, monetizing buyer leads generated from large listing inventory, and traditional agent referrals are just a few of the potential growth opportunities the new owner can develop. This would also be an excellent opportunity for a currently licensed real estate agent who wants to become a Broker and have a steady source of listing and home sale income to build from.
