Must have leasing experience. Organized and have excellent time- management skills. Knowledge of how to use excel. \\- Taking calls for the available properties and scheduling appointments in an efficient manner. \\- Showing the properties to tenants and if someone is interested, give the potential tenant an opportunity to fill out an application.
