Role Overview • We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Manager to oversee all real estate-related functions and activities for Lamar's portfolio of leased and owned properties. About the Role This position will be responsible for determining which real estate assets to add to our portfolio, as well as how to maintain and grow existing assets in order to maximize profitability. Duties & Responsibilities • Use discretion, independent judgment, and own research and analysis to determine which real estate assets should be added or maintained within our portfolio. • Create and maintain accurate market abstracts by analyzing zoning laws that meet criteria for permitting across various jurisdictions.
