Experienced Real Estate Marketing Assistant \\- $15- $17/hour \\- Not a virtual or WRH position \\- Must work in our Sacramento Office Must have a car As a Real Estate Marketing Assistant, here are a few of the responsibilities you will have: \\- Support Broker \\- Marketing Tasks \\- Oversee video and photo production. Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, is needed. \\- Creating marketing materials for our team \\- Support Broker with reporting of the team’s activities and production \\- CRM Management including assisting Broker and team members with updating their databases, and sending out postcards. \\- Research contact information. \\- Admin Tasks Qualifications: \\- Minimum 1 year marketing experience preferred \\- Excellent communication skills \\- Ability to work in fast paced office/environment \\- Detail oriented \\- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Video Editing, and/or other layout design software a plus If you are interested in Real Estate and Real Estate Marketing but don't possess the experience required, an internship with eXp Realty is possible.
