Real Estate Photo Production Specialist (Part-Time Contract) TREM419 (Toledo Real Estate Media) Toledo, OH (Hybrid – In-Office + Remote) Responsibilities • Receive and organize photo sets from photographers • Maintain clean file organization throughout the production process • Edit real estate photos using Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Photoshop, including: • HDR blending (when applicable) • Color correction and exposure balancing • Consistent look across full photo sets • Perform common real estate photo refinements such as: • Sky replacements • Object removal • Alignment and perspective adjustments • Use additional specialized tools and services as part of the production workflow • Review and fine-tune images to meet quality standards • Upload final deliverables to the client delivery portal and submit completed projects Preferred (Not Required) • Real estate photo editing experience • Experience working in fast-paced or production-style environments We are willing to train the right candidate who has a solid foundation in Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.Work Environment • Part-time contract position • Hybrid role: • Some remote work available • In-office time required during the week • Candidates must be local to Toledo, OH
