Real Estate Team Assistant - Abio Properties

Ensure all documentation is reviewed and processed and followed and stay up to date on changing requirements. Listing Support Tasks Inputting draft listings into the MLS (for approval by agent) Setting appointments and meeting painters, photographers and other workers to get homes ready for market Manage the sign placement and timing Ensuring that all listings are enhanced and posted to social media Assist with preparing brochures and other marketing presentation materials Tracking and Managing PEADs for showing appointments Compiling listing documents for disclosure package Selling Support Tasks Showing properties as needed, including possible evenings and weekends Searching the MLS for appropriate homes for Buyer clients Running comps and listing histories for homes on the market Making appointments to show homes and managing the PEAD process Make appointments and attend required inspections Marketing Support Maintaining the agents SOI and other contact/mailing lists Coordinate & implement agent marketing videos & property videos on website, blog, social media and client database email campaigns Sending out newsletters and other marketing materials via Mail Chimp Posting marketing materials on multiple appropriate social media sites Liaison with the Abio Marketing team to be sure all tasks are complete and deadlines are met Work with the agents on client appreciation events, purchase client thank-you gifts, etc. Administration Support Work closely with the Team’s TC to ensure that all escrow tasks are complete and deadlines are met Docusign documents as required (including weekends if TC is not available) Complete basic CAR forms for agent approval when necessary Qualifications: California Real Estate Salesperson License with a least 1 year experience working in real estate Available evenings and weekends Thrives working within a system and focuses on keeping processes on track Deadline driven and extremely organized Excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents Willingness to be flexible in daily routine Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently while shifting responsibilities Working knowledge of social media for monitoring and advertising purposes Administrative, marketing and design experience preferred Able to easily learn new technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently but also follow the instruction of lead real estate agents Would be a positive asset to our strong company culture Hours: 32-40 hours / week with flexibility on days Compensation: $32/hour To Apply: Email resume, cover letter and answers to 3 of the following questions: Favorite restaurant or hang out?
