We are looking to partner with ANYONE who like making money and willing to assist us with getting the properties moved. If we successfully get the properties moved, we would like to pay a commission 10%% with you. Our roles: 1) Advertising our business, getting the word out there so we can get properties under contract. 3) Dealing with the legal documents (purchase contract, assignment of interest contract) Your roles: Real Estate Wholesaler Consultant 1) Once we get an interested seller, you walk through the property and take pictures to send to us so we can determine the sales price.
