About The RoleAs the Performance Marketing and Ad Operations Specialist, you will be essential to scaling our customer acquisition efforts. You will help to manage the technical pipeline of our performance marketing initiatives, contributing directly to the growth and successful scaling of our sophisticated e-commerce business.What You Get To Do Every DayCampaign Execution: Meticulously build and launch campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads across key paid social channels, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, and TikTokAsset Management: Gather, organize, and prepare all necessary creative assets and landing page URLs for campaign launchesCopywriting & QA: Create briefs, draft channel-specific ad copy and maintain updated evergreen copy documents.
