Receptionist / Administrative Assistant in LYNNWOOD, WASHINGTON. We are seeking a full time employee that is a responsible, reliable person for a small Property Management and Real Estate company in Lynnwood; with property management experience a plus. Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 to 4:00 The right person will have: • Strong interpersonal, customer service and conflict resolution skills • Strong Excel and Word knowledge and experience • Accounting Experience a plus • Daily, weekly, monthly management reporting compliant • Strong organizational abilities • Prior Residential Rental Management Experience Helpful • Thorough knowledge of Washington State Landlord-Tenant Act • Positive Attitude and a sense of humor helps as well Duties include but are not limited to: 1\\.
