If you're passionate about delivering results and making a real difference, we need you on our team!Work Location:This role is required to be in office 2-3 days a week, with flexibility to work from home occasionally.How you know you're being successful:The ad placements on Recovery.com are relevant and help individuals seeking treatment connect with treatment centers.Clients are highly satisfied with campaign results, leading to high retention and budget increases.You've become the go-to expert for advertising operations, mastering our platform and driving continuous innovation and process improvements.You collaborate seamlessly with performance managers and the product team, providing valuable insights and driving cross-functional success.We'll expect you to do things like:Analyze daily revenue performance at both macro and micro levels, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Oversee and optimize paid media spend across multiple channels, ensuring individual campaign delivery is on track.Develop and drive the strategy for rich media ads, a new product offering, ensuring seamless integration and launch.Monitor and measure the performance of rich media ads post-launch, providing insights and recommendations for future iterations.Ensure all advertising efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and client needs.Work closely with performance managers to deliver the highest quality traffic to clients.Partner with the product team to test new features, providing feedback to ensure they align with advertising goals and operational needs.Serve as a key stakeholder during product development, contributing insights from an advertising operations perspective to improve product functionality.Analyze performance metrics to identify and implement effective optimization strategies.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.3-5 years of experience in advertising operations or media management.What we think will improve your chances of success:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, provide actionable insights, and have pivot tables as your best friend.Proficiency in paid media platforms (Outbrain, LinkedIn Advertising, Facebook Ads, etc.) These options will vest on a four-year schedule and present an exciting opportunity to benefit from the upside of our company's growth.Dane County Housing StipendWe strongly value in-person work and collaboration, so for full-time employees residing in Dane County, we offer a housing stipend of $689/month in addition to your salary ($8,268/yr; half of the Fair Market Value of a 2BR apartment in Madison according to rentdata.org).
