Recruiter

The Human Resources Recruiter will provide multi-channel recruiting support (advertising, pre-screening, candidate referral, sourcing, and job posting) for all assigned dealership locations under the Eastern Region. • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs • Develop a thorough understanding of the dealership/department culture and uses that understanding to ensure the fit of the candidate to the dealership/position • Pre-screen applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills • Ability to perform in a fast paced and flexible environment
