Recruiter

The fun of the Recruiter role is to develop and execute recruiting strategies that support the growth of the company and builds our team of qualified Commercial Driver License (CDL) Drivers, trough sourcing, identifying, and screening applicants to meet the customer’s needs. • Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations including the department of transportation (DOT) • Maintain compliance with the company policies at all times. • Communicate daily with local branch operations team regarding their current driver needs and the driver candidates in the hiring pipeline. • Communicate with new, current, and previous applicants on opportunities within the organization. • Able to multitask and demonstrate great problem-solving skills in a fast- paced environment.
