Currently seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) in El Paso, Texas, to support an immediate need to recruit over 500 personnel to care for undocumented children as part of the U.S. Office of Refugee Resettlement. The successful Recruiter will have at least 3 years of fast-paced recruiting experience. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BILINGUAL RECRUITER Develops and executes effective recruitment strategies and campaigns to fill current requirements for physicians and other healthcare professionals, including utilizing advertising, online site, cold calls, social media, cultivating relationships with educational institutions and associations, and direct mail Conducts interviews and pre-screening/qualifying of candidates Serves as primary point of contact with privileged providers during the early stages of sourcing through the credentialing and onboarding process Works as part of an integrated team with with Credentialing and Project Management staff to ensure each position is filled timely with a qualified candidate Builds a talent pipeline to support upcoming and projected needs Identifies and engages qualified passive candidates Conducts interviews and negotiations with qualified candidates Conducts research to identify market trends and assists the business development team in the creation of pricing and compensation plans Works with the Human Resources department to develop and implement best practice retention strategies QUALIFICATIONS OF THE BILINGUAL RECRUITER 3 years of experience with the recruitment of allied/ancillary healthcare professionals and nurses. In-depth knowledge of the typical qualifications and duties of various medical specialties, types of medical degrees and post- degree training programs, board certification, continuing education Experience working with various healthcare niche jobs boards Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, written, and oral communication skills, including negotiating salaries Computer proficiency and experience working with an online Applicant Tracking System Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience in, or working with, federal agencies or staffing firms strongly desired This position is eligible for telecommuting ABOUT THE ARORA GROUP The Arora Group is an award-winning, Joint Commission-certified nationwide healthcare services company that, for over 30 years, has provided medical care for the men and women who serve our country in the U.S. Armed Forces and other federal agencies.
