We are looking for a Recruiter that will provide multi-channel recruiting support (advertising, pre-screening, candidate referral, sourcing, and job posting) for assigned dealership location. The Recruiter will also be responsible for implementing local recruiting strategies, programs, and overall recruitment image which will generate candidates to meet the needs of the assigned local market. Location: Charlotte, NC Compensation: $40-45k a year Recruiter Responsibilities: High volume recruiting for all positions in all the TX market Works with management to define job qualifications Screen and filter candidate resumes Pre-screens candidates and conducts preliminary interviews Interview candidates in person, over the phone, and video conferencing Administers skills tests Assists management with scheduling and conducting interviews Markets the organization to potential employees Explains benefits and compensation programs as well as company expectations Manage Jazz HR applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate records on recruiting activities Assist in job offers and new hire onboarding/orientation as needed Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: Associates/Bachelors degree or equivalent experience A minimum of three to five years of proven full cycle recruiting experience Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews Proven experience with promoting positions online via websites and social media Hands-on experience with recruiting software, Applicant Tracing Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills Successfully complete pre-employment drug and background screening Desired Qualifications BILINGUAL is a plus Experience with Jazz HR ATS Experience with high volume recruiting A minimum of one year of automotive industry experience is preferredWe are looking for a Recruiter that will provide multi-channel recruiting support (advertising, pre-screening, candidate referral, sourcing, and job posting) for assigned dealership location.
