Eugene based company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our high energy recruiting team. This is a fast-paced transportation position offering great potential for a committed individual with a competitive drive and passion to succeed. This position recruits, interviews, checks references/driving history and makes orientation invitations to flatbed truck drivers. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: \\- Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years equivalent work experience in recruiting \\- Ability to succeed in a fast- paced environment \\- Recruiting experience and a proven portfolio of success in hiring an average of 5+ drivers a week \\- High organizational skills and strong attention to detail \\- Ability to multi task and handle changing tasks throughout the day \\- Microsoft Office proficiency \\- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written \\- Exceptional problem solving skills \\- Experience in marketing, advertising, internet media \\- Must live and work out of Eugene PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: \\- Familiar with TenStreet (recruiting software) \\- Need an “out of the box” problem solver. HOURS and PAY: \\- 40 hours per week \\- After 60 days - 100% paid employee medical, dental, vision and short-term disability \\- Competitive pay depending on experience and qualifications
