This position will be responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of the recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding processes of Parker Personal Care Homes and will carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. • Along with the HR Director, performs the necessary duties and is responsible for the management of all position posting and advertising, at both approved external and internal sites. • Performs the functions required for the onboarding of new employees, including but not limited to advertising, recruiting, interviewing, selection processes, background checks, reference checks, distribution of new employee paperwork. • Understands and is familiar with the employee handbook, employee benefits, terms of employment, has a general understanding of positions and programs enough to be able to communicate adequately to a potential employee the nature of the position they are interested in.
