We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Employment Recruiter to lead the company’s hiring efforts across all departments and manage the full cycle of the recruiting process; sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers. The Employment Recruiter is highly-organized and motivated to take ownership of all activities required to meet and exceed the hiring requirements of the organization. · Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings · Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements · Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process · Perform reference checks as need · Manage onboarding and new hire process · Other activities as required by upper management. · Excellent written & verbal communication skills required. · Excellent organizational & time management skills required.
