We are primarily a long haul refrigerated trucking company. We specialize in hauling perishable goods from coast to coast. We are family owned and operated. The ideal candidate will demonstrate and possess the following skills: •Utilize advertising to find candidates based on hiring criteria/driver requirements •Accumulate a pool of candidates and keep that information organized •Manage new applications throughout the screening process •Onboard new drivers, assisting with all parts of their transition •Driven, enthusiastic and motivated •Extremely organized and detail oriented •Exceptional customer service skills •Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, & decision making skills •Must have the ability to excel in a team-based environment •Must have a knack for time management and able to work in a fast paced environment •Ability to multi-task in a windows based environment •Proficiency with smart phones and relevant technology For more information please email your resume and/or work experience.
