**DEPARTMENT:** Safety & Human Resources **REPORTS TO:** Director of Safety & HR **FLSA STATUS:** Non-Exempt **POSITION TYPE:** Full-Time ******POSITION SUMMARY:** The Recruiting and Referencing Specialist focuses on recruiting company drivers and independent contractors for local, regional, dedicated and Over- the-Road positions, while adhering to DOT regulations, and company policies, as well as maintaining and promoting company safety goals. Recruiting and advertising experience required; previous experience recruiting truck drivers preferred. Recruit qualified company and independent contractor drivers to fill open seats/positions within the various fleets. Process applications as directed and serve as point person for potential drivers during recruiting process. Other duties as directed or assigned.
