We are looking for our next recruiting rockstar to join our Human Resources team, staffing for our DSD (Direct Store Delivery) sales team._** This role leads all recruiting activities for our DSD sales operations by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting our hiring managers on final hiring decisions regarding potential employees. **HOW TO JOIN OUR FAMILY OF EMPLOYEES** \\- complete our application for employment online. ** Click here to get started!CareerOpportunities ** **_WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS (ESSENTIAL DUTIES):_** -Oversees all hiring and onboarding compliance for our DSD team with applicable Federal, State, and local laws as well as regulations from other applicable agencies -Works with HR Director and Senior Recruiter to establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives -Regularly partners with DSD hiring managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs in advance of required start date and leads the creation of a recruiting and interview plan for each open position -Tracks and reports on the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation -Develops applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, social media, and internet sites; providing organization information, employment opportunities, and maintaining rapport -Works with DSD management to develop adequate job descriptions, manages job orders, and matches applicants with job requirements and job qualifications -Attracts applicants by creating and placing job advertisements; generates and maintains internal and external job postings; determines effective advertising mediums; and manages the organization’s time to fill requirements -Sources candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues -Manages background and reference check processes to ensure compliance on all potential candidates prior to job offer; provides detailed information to hiring manager -Assists HR Director with DSD compensation plan designs to ensure competitive salaries are offered -Oversees DSD recruitment programs and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings -Nourishes relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted DSD jobs -Researches, analyzes, and prepares recruiting statistics/measurements/metrics -Manages DSD temporary workers as needed -Aid marketing in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally -Manages all pertinent applicant and interview data in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) -Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training -Assures required labor law posters are in place in all DSD locations -Plans all DSD employee related events and other culture enhancing programs -Performs other duties as assigned by manager **_WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED):_** -Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) Please be advised that your application is not complete until you fill out, sign, and submit an Application for Employment for a specific position for which we are actively recruiting.
