The selected individual will manage all aspects of recruitment functions for the dental centers within his/her assigned region, including but not limited to advertising, open house and trade show recruiting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recruiting Responsible for the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies/campaigns to generate candidate leads from various sources such as school partnerships, employment websites, networking, and advertising. Knowledge of recruitment and human resources policies, procedures, and systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure, Certification) Three (3) to five (5) years of recruitment experience.
