Recruiting Manager

Driver Recruiting Manager We are looking for a Driver Recruiting Manager to join our family! Looking for someone who can oversee our recruiting department day-to-day and help in generating leads and qualified applicants for our Over the Road trucking company as well as our CDL Training Program. Responsibilities: • Oversee recruiting department staff (1-2 employees) • Locate potential employees who meet DOT and company standards • Pre-screen potential applicants and provide all information to them regarding lanes, equipment, pay, benefits, etc. • Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads • Partner with ad agencies on job posting placement for company drivers • Network with industry peers and professional organizations to stay current on industry trends and compensation analysis • Collect, compile, and analyze recruiting stats for owner • Manage monthly recruiting and advertising budget • Coordinate with safety regarding qualifications and scheduling driver orientations • Some travel may be required (School visits and job fairs) Preferred qualifications (helpful but not required) • Trucking industry experience and/or knowledge • 1-2 years of recruiting experience • Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations Schedule: M-F 7am-5pm Rate of Pay: DOE
