Main Job Duties: This individual will select and recruit new real estate agents as well as help train, lead, and motivate through the onboarding process to help them grow in their careers and build their own team! While the other 1hour of the day is spent working on lead- generating marketing activities. Track Agent stats Schedule interviews with potential agents and is a part of the selection process Recruit people in businesses around town Distribute Recruiting flyers around town to attract new agents Run Google ads Set up booth at Job fairs - 1 per quarter Knock on doors at businesses - biannually Set up AI (Artificial Intelligence - chatbots) for Internet Lead Distribution and connect leads to agents Coordinate with Director of First and Lasting Impressions to help prepare for events Help Director of First and Lasting Impressions with using facebook ads to develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns.
