Recruitment Advertising Consultant (Inside Sales)

We are seeking a talented Recruitment Advertising Consultant to sell our expanding product line of Job Fair and Digital Advertising products and services as part of our Louisville team. Every day, we help employers and employees connect through our Job Fairs and Digital Products, both locally and nationwide. We look for confident, driven, determined, and highly talented sales professionals to reach out to and assist employers with their recruitment needs. On plan, first-year representatives can expect to make an income of $45,000 to $75,000, which includes a competitive base salary. Year two and up, the expected income is $60,000 - $80,000. Responsibilities * Develop, produce, and present sales proposals to customers demonstrating our ability to offer creative solution-based advertising * Source new accounts through direct customer interaction, past relationships, cold calling, and social media * Responsible for attainment of sales goals through new account development and account retention * Ensure a positive customer experience by educating customers on services and products that would benefit their business * A high level of energy and commitment to achieving your sales goals * Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to control your own income * Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client follow-up Qualifications and Skills : * 2+ years of successful inside sales experience * Knowledge of the Recruitment Advertising Industry a plus but it is not required * Proven sales track record of meeting & exceeding sales goals * Strategic sales planning skills * Highly organized and efficient * Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships * Excellent written and oral skills required Work Hours M-F, 9:00 - 5:00 (in the Louisville Office) In order to join our winning team in Louisville, send us your resume today to take the first step in your new career!
