*Applications only accepted at www.gswcf.org/careers The person in this role will serve Citrus, Hernando, Marion and Sumter Counties Reports To: Director of Membership Job Summary The Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective recruiting strategies to increase girl and adult membership in assigned, established geographic areas based on predetermined goals and objectives. Assists in achieving the council’s corporate goals for girl and adult membership through implementing membership strategies in assigned areas. Designs and implements a comprehensive plan for girl and adult membership growth in targeted areas to meet predetermined goals and objectives by; researching market data, membership trends, diversity benchmarks and other pertinent information relevant to designated geographic areas and through a variety of community cultivation, marketing, and partnering vehicles. Identifies marketing/advertising/public relations opportunities that will effectively and efficiently promote the Girl Scout brand and enhance recruitment efforts and works with the Marketing Department to implement the marketing communications plans. Ability to interpret and use market plans to develop and implement strategies and tactics to achieve membership goals.
