Recruitment Marketing & Advertising Manager

Bring your heart to CVS Health. You will collaborate with members of the TA Marketing team as well as other Talent Acquisition leaders and business partners to promote opportunities using a variety of recruitment marketing tactics. Strategic level - Identify and advocate for new opportunities to connect with external talent and be held responsible for empowering the talent acquisition team with impactful and creative marketing tactics and other resources to support their talent attraction efforts. Experience working with Phenom CRM and other Recruitment advertising tools and platforms This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
