Recruitment Marketing Assistant

If you are interested in becoming a part of a growing team and enjoy being challenged, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. **What it takes to get the job done:** * Provide zealous customer service via phone, email, and in-person when engaging with vendors and clients across the globe * Post on various job boards including Indeed, Glassdoor, Craigslist, LinkedIn & Facebook to advertise clients’ job opportunities * Set up campaigns on social media sites including Facebook, Google Ads, and YouTube * Draft and execute contracts with meticulous detail * Conduct market research to propose customized media plans * Prepare marketing reports for analysis and review with the customer **Skills & Competencies:** * Attention to detail that is second to none * Flexible attitude in dealing with changing priorities in a dynamic environment * High energy, organized, self-motivated & proactive individual * Excellent & professional communication skills and comfortable working within our small team * Problem solver’s mindset always trying to improve on the process **Qualifications & Experience:** * Preferred candidates will have Administrative, Advertising/Marketing, or Human Resources experience * Possess a High School Diploma; an Associates or Bachelors Degree is a plus * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides is required * Knowledge of G-Suite for Business & Google Drive and other online productivity aids * Ability to work 40 hours per week * Multilingual skills are a plus **What HireClix Offers:** * An open office layout that allows for collaboration, conversation, and teamwork * Paid Time Off and Summer Fridays * Opportunities for career development and growth * Health, Dental, and Vision insurance * Retirement Plan with matching * Community Service Days This is a full-time role.
