Region Manager

The Regional Manager provides strategic direction, coaching, and support to their management team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, employee development, and operational excellence. The Regional Manager must work collaboratively with the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to build a strong and successful relationship between Sales and Operations to grow the Region’s business volume in the target markets.
