Region Operations Manager, Airports

The Region Operations Manager is primarily responsible for all properties functions of the airport advertising program inventory on-site within their defined region, including the leadership and management of the in-field operations staff (employees and contractors) to achieve high levels of operational excellence to maximize sales and exceed airport service expectations. They play a key role in the success of the business in planning and execution of airport operations, continued revenue generation and the condition, functionality, safety, and cleanliness of our airport assets. Operational Leadership and multi-site management Team leadership, coaching and talent development Strategic planning, critical thinking, and decision making Client relationship management and cross functional collaboration Performance management, budgeting and financial analysis Required to lift, pull, push and position ladders, material and equipment, occasionally more than 50 pounds. This job is generally performed in a temperature-controlled airport environment.
