Regional Admissions Marketing Manager

The Regional Admissions Marketing Manager (RAMM) is responsible for driving brand awareness and student interest across an assigned region through high-impact, hands-on marketing activations. Operating a branded truck and trailer, the RAMM delivers interactive program demonstrations at high schools, community events, and enthusiast events throughout the region. This role works in close collaboration with Admissions Field Representatives to support enrollment goals and strengthen Lincoln Tech's presence in the community. The RAMM is an individual contributor role with no direct reports and requires significant regional travel.

**Responsibilities**

* Operate a branded Lincoln Tech truck and trailer to transport equipment and conduct interactive program demonstrations at high schools, community events, and off-site activations throughout the assigned region.
* Deliver engaging, hands-on presentations to prospective students, parents, educators, and community members that clearly communicate Lincoln Tech's programs, career outcomes, and value proposition.
* Partner closely with Admissions Field Representatives within the region to coordinate scheduling, share prospective student leads, and support enrollment activity.
* Plan and execute community outreach initiatives and off-site event activations, including enthusiast events and community-sponsored events, to generate inquiries and build regional brand awareness.
* Assist with on-campus events including open houses, scholarship events, and new student orientations as scheduled.
* Maintain the truck, trailer, and all demonstration equipment in clean, safe, and fully operational condition, reporting any mechanical or safety concerns promptly.
* Ensure all event activity, prospective student interactions, and lead generation efforts are accurately documented and reported in a timely manner.
* Comply with all applicable DOT regulations, company vehicle policies, and safety standards at all times.
* Maintain a valid DOT Medical Clearance Card as required for operation of the truck and trailer.
* Attend training sessions, regional meetings, and company events as required.
* Adhere to the Admissions Code of Ethics in all interactions with prospective students, schools, and community partners.

**Requirements**

* Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in a variety of settings
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* High energy level with a self-motivated, results-oriented approach
* Ability to work independently and manage a regional schedule with minimal supervision
* Commitment to operating with the highest ethical standards in all interactions
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Clearance Card
* Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, including evenings and weekends as required
* Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods during event activations

**Education and Experience**

* High School Diploma or GED
* Demonstrated experience in public speaking, event marketing, field marketing, or a related role

*Preferred:*

* Experience in the education, admissions, or workforce training industry
* Knowledge or hands-on skills in automotive, diesel, HVAC, or a related technical field
* Previous experience operating a vehicle with a trailer
