Oversee ADS/CUBEX operations across assigned facilities and states.Ensure operational consistency, inventory accountability, and regulatory compliance.Monitor replenishment workflows, inventory levels, and medication management processes.Support ADS implementations, expansions, and operational improvements.Develop and maintain standardized ADS procedures and workflows.Manage and support field technicians and ADS support personnel.Coordinate technician schedules, coverage, and route planning.Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.Maintain strong relationships with facility leadership and nursing staff.Respond to operational concerns, escalations, and service-related issues.Conduct audits and investigate inventory discrepancies and operational variances.Support quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide routine on-site support and travel throughout the assigned region.Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership. Routine travel throughout the Midwest region.Estimated travel of 50–75%.Overnight travel required based on operational needs. Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care pharmacy experience required.Leadership or management experience preferred.Experience with automated dispensing systems, including CUBEX, Omnicell, Pyxis, or similar platforms.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple facilities and priorities simultaneously.Knowledge of inventory management and medication accountability practices.Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
