About the Job:SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. This leadership role supports ADS operations, field technicians, facility partnerships, inventory management, compliance initiatives, and operational standardization across multiple states and facilities. Travel Requirements:Routine travel throughout the Midwest region.Estimated travel of 50–75%.Overnight travel required based on operational needs. Coverage areas may expand based on operational growth and business needs. Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care pharmacy experience required.Leadership or management experience preferred.Experience with automated dispensing systems, including CUBEX, Omnicell, Pyxis, or similar platforms.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple facilities and priorities simultaneously.Knowledge of inventory management and medication accountability practices.Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
