It is also the Regional Advertising Director’s responsibility to ensure that monthly advertising goals are met. Experience: A candidate for this position must have had a minimum of 10 years in working experience in an advertising position, preferably working in a supervisory role. The candidate will have vast experience working with modern advertising tools, platforms, and technologies. This position holds a key leadership role, and they must be able to work regularly in the office to effectively collaborate with the team they manage and other department heads. Interpersonal Skills: A candidate for this position must be a strategic thinker, be consumer-driven and have a passion for serving others, be self-motivated and proactive, have a deep appreciation for user experience, and have an ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
