Regional Business Manager

Adams Outdoor Advertising (AOA), the largest private Outdoor Advertising firm in the U.S., is seeking a Regional Business Manager (RBM) to perform financial and operational analysis in support of its markets. The RBM will work closely with and support the General Manager(s) (GMs) to drive the financial performance of each market, supporting approximately 2-3 of the 12 AOA markets. The role also includes reviewing staffing and expense levels with the goal of maximizing efficiency and profitability, generating capital expense requests, and overseeing the budget process for each market. Moreover, the RBM will verify market compliance with all Company policies and procedures, review payroll preview files for accuracy and compliance, and participate in monthly income statement reviews with market and Corporate staff. The position requires coordination with Corporate staff to maintain accurate and consistent system data and providing direction to local market staff regarding defined procedures and data entry.
