Regional Client is hiring: Amazon Advertising in Miami

SAYN is hiring an Amazon Advertising & Growth Director.
This position will be fully in office, in our Miami, FL headquarters.
There is no option for Hybrid or Remote; relocation assistance will be considered.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Define and own the Amazon growth strategy
* Collaborate cross-functionally with brand managers and purchasing teams
* Collaborate on listing optimization (SEO, keywords, images, titles & bullets) with the brand managers
ADVERTISING & PERFORMANCE MARKETING
* Lead and execute Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) and paid media campaigns
* Optimize ad spend, ACoS and ROAS, defined by each brand's goals
ANALYTICS & REPORTING
* Building out reporting to share with the internal brand managers and the brands
* Communicating strategy with brands
QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of Amazon marketplace experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role
* Proven track record of scaling 7–8 figure Amazon businesses
* Deep expertise in Amazon Ads (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Brands/Display)
* Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Perpetua
* Highly analytical with experience in tools such as Smartscout, Helium10, JungleScout, and Perpetua
* Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams and external partners
* Excellent communication skills and organization
