Regional Director of Marketing

Essential Healthcare – Connecticut Essential Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Marketing & Admissions to oversee and drive census growth across six skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Connecticut. This is an onsite, hands-on leadership role for a high-energy, results-driven professional with a strong background in healthcare marketing, hospital relationship building, community outreach, and admissions operations. Compensation: $120,000 annually (base), with opportunity for performance-based incentives Qualifications • Proven experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or healthcare marketing and/or admissions • Strong hospital and referral source relationships in Connecticut preferred • Demonstrated success driving census and short-term rehab/Medicare growth • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, onsite environment
