The Regional Event Marketing Manager is responsible for managing a team of Event Marketing Managers and Event Marketers within their designated region. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with ability to manage and develop others Ability to handle multiple priorities at one time Strong planning and organizational skills, including attention to detail Knowledge of current best practices and new strategies for event marketing Travel within the assigned territory as needed Ability to work evenings and/or weekends and pre-scheduled events Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to/from assigned events Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access). Experience in lead generation and/or experiential marketing Previous management position(s) in Direct-to-Consumer marketing Experience in multi-unit management Previous experience in home improvement event marketing Travel Requirements:
