Responsible for leading and coaching the Field Marketing Managers and Partners. • Implements marketing strategy, management, and execution for the assigned territory. • Reports on Local Store Marketing (LSM) tools and program needs to leadership. • Measures, evaluates, and reports on the success of marketing programs and the impact to the business and recommends adjustments for increased success. • Provides all budgeting support for the Field Marketing Partners and/or Managers, as well as budget management accountability at the regional level.
