Do you feel… • Motivated to manage a portfolio of local and global accounts and lead business development projects to identify and develop new business opportunities • Driven to develop strategic sales campaigns • Empowered to provide day-to-day management and leadership to the travel sales team • Capable of managing the team’s performance against key revenue drivers, ensuring the team is supported in achieving individual quarterly revenue targets and goals • Determined to spend time in the market on sales calls with the team – meeting clients, pitching, networking, and identifying new opportunities • Assertive to identify new strategic clients and implement an effective sales strategy to build a growing client base • Eager to work with the Production and Publishing teams to ensure continued focus on winning content, efficient pitch-to-publish process, and maximize revenue per deal • Willing to build strong cross-team and interdepartmental relationships to maximize opportunity and ensure efficiency in the way the business works together You are ideally… • A professional with at least 8 years of management experience; digital experience required • Able to lead and motivate sales team in a highly results-focused, fast-paced environment • Experienced with online CRM tools such as Salesforce to organize sales activities, reporting and forecasting • Excellent in planning, developing, and executing online sales strategies; experience with Destinations a plus • An outstanding organizational and interpersonal communicator with particular emphasis on presentation, sales expertise, and negotiation techniques • Focused on high performance with a solid work-ethic with and a true hands-on approach • Degree educated What’s in it for you… • Broaden your horizon by working with a global team and potentially in a different country • Experience one of our travel deals first-hand each year, with additional vacation days and a travel budget – we call it the Travelzoo Experience • We recognize your achievements with our employee awards • Enjoy working like an entrepreneur?
