Regional Marketing Associate - USA

What You Will Be Doing : Create and execute targeted regional marketing programs to meet demand generation goals, including but not limited to field events, account based marketing, executive programs and trade-shows Work closely with sales teams to craft account-level marketing plans for top strategic accounts Help drive demand creation and lead generation activity in developing qualified sales leads and creating brand awareness activities Help measure and analyze impact of programs on sales cycles; contribute updates to weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and region success Coordinate logistics, speakers, agendas, and staff for Elastic events, and manage budget Ability to understand key technology trends to coordinate presentation content with other program key stakeholders and ability to collaborate across all departments to generate event content and agendas Help monitor, report and communicate on the status of regional marketing events to marketing and sales team including leadership Participate in sales calls and meetings in order to learn and understand sales goals and priorities Work with the Customer Experience team to engage with local users and customers, manage relationships and capture the most relevant stories to build a strong reference base and drive awareness of the Elastic product stack Contribute ideas and feedback to new content creation with a distributed marketing team Help plan Elastic's participation in external industry events where the events team needs support and feedback Creative and able to think of new programs that can scale to many users Assist in managing overall budget and track inputs as necessary What You Bring : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in field marketing, event management or related administrative experience You have a 'let's-do-this' attitude and are excited to drive projects to completion Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Team player with ability to work independently and autonomously Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a tech company Ability to build invites with Splash, or other mail systems Travel to programs as needed approximately 25% of the time Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People : As a distributed company, diversity drives our identity. Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
