The Regional Marketing Manager will implement marketing and business development strategies that lead to improved relationships with clients and partners, increase the pipeline of work, and grow Ryan’s business both culturally and financially.Key roles and responsibilities of the Regional Marketing Manager include:Develop and manage the regional annual marketing business plan and budget for the Des Moines and Cedar Rapids, IA and Kansas City, MO offices. Leading review meetings and consolidating stakeholder feedback. Manage external communications with key messages that support business development efforts and build brand awareness within the region in collaboration with national public relations and social media team. Manage regional project and people award submissions that align with the region’s business development and marketing strategy. Other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing At least 7 to 10 years of marketing experience within commercial real estate development, construction, architecture, engineering, or another relatable industry Willingness to travel approximately 10% for events or key pursuits True marketing generalist skills including strategic marketing planning, excellent business and proposal writing and editing abilities, graphic design skills, and solid experience with marketing communications, event planning and public relations Highly proficient with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office and have working knowledge of CRM systemsYou Will Really Stand Out If YouHave prior marketing plan and budget development and management experience Can deliver proposals and other projects within a short schedule, and work successfully in a fast-paced team environment Have the ability to hold others accountable for their contributions to deliver high-quality proposals and events while working collaboratively across the organization Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsEligibilityPositions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.CompensationThe base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
