The Ideal Candidate • Brand Veteran: You have 3–5 years of Field Marketing or Digital Marketing experience specifically within the Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, or Wyndham ecosystems. You are comfortable navigating the backends of various brand systems. • Communicator: You are a master at "translating" marketing data; you can explain ROAS to a General Manager and brand compliance to a corporate stakeholder with clarity. Qualifications • Education: BS/BA in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. • Technical Proficiencies: Deep familiarity with Marriott Digital Services (MDS), Hilton’s Amplify program, or IHG’s marketing toolkits is a plus.
