The Regional Marketing Manager works within an assigned region to provide strategic marketing leadership and support across a portfolio of multifamily properties. This role partners with property teams, corporate leadership, and the Regional Vice President to drive traffic, lease conversion, renewals, and overall resident experience through coaching, training, and oversight of marketing initiatives. The Regional Marketing Manager prioritizes support based on property need and portfolio impact, ensuring consistent execution of marketing programs across the region. Minimum 5 years' multifamily marketing experience supporting a minimum of 30 properties across various asset types.Must reside near Raleigh or Durham, NC.
