The Community Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between enterprise-level marketing strategies and the unique needs of local markets. • Provide Tailored Support: Offer personalized, one-on-one guidance to local teams, focusing on grassroots and traditional marketing efforts that align with regional market dynamics. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, professional experience may be substituted • Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, communications, strategy, or project management • Experience designing campaigns and events with a mind toward project management, deep organization, and building “playbooks” to replicate successful campaigns in other markets • Experience working in Medicaid or Medicare-adjacent businesses is a preferred • Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills • Up to 25% travel required across all InnovAge locations • Strong understanding of grassroots marketing, lead generation, and territory development. • Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively, providing support and guidance to multiple teams.
