Regional Marketing Specialist

The goal of the Regional Marketing Program is to work with identified SERVPRO Franchisee High Performers (RAMP owners) to facilitate the implementation of the SERVPRO operating system to its fullest. The Regional team will help to identify these individuals (working with our Operations partners), work with them to learn what works for them in their region/area and help to identify potential gaps or areas of needed improvement to take their performance to the next level. The Specialist will also help to develop focused areas for development within Rural/Suburban/Metro segmented areas within each Region. The Regional Marketing Specialist will also be involved in the development and execution of sub-region marketing plans using key regional data, RAMP owner input as well as competitive analysis focused on business development and market share conversion. • Working collaboratively with the identified owners within each sub-region to develop and execute the sub-region marketing plan.
