Regional Properties Manager, Airports

- Home advertising, and we're looking for a Regional Properties Manager, Airports to oversee all functions and upkeep of airport advertising programs in our regional portfolio. This role is primarily responsible for managing independent contractors who handle day-to-day service and maintenance of advertising assets. In this virtual role based in Texas, you'll act as the front line of operations for our airport contracts, delivering the highest level of service and urgency to airport partners, sales teams, and external clients. You'll also monitor CCA digital advertising networks through our content management system, coordinate third-party service and tech support contractors, review Proof of Posting photographs from contractors to ensure compliance with company policy and industry standards, and collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager to create and manage the capital investment budget for revenue-generating resources and ongoing expenses. We're looking for at least 3 years of related work experience, ideally in project management or facilities maintenance.
