Regional Property Manager

JOB TITLE: Regional Property Manager JOB NUMBER FLSA Status: Exempt DEPARTMENT DIVISION: Vesta Realty GROUP: Residential Property Management REPORTS TO: Regional Director JOB SUMMARY, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, JOB REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY The Regional Property Manager will assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management; responsible for recruitment, training, development, and supervision of Community Managers, and shares responsibility for maintaining the physical asset and performance of assigned properties. Direct, monitor and evaluate the work performed by employees and contracted services. Monitors and makes recommendations on budget performance and prepares monthly or quarterly summary reports of the same. Provide the ability to delegate and communicate property management methods along with the ability to problem-solve issues. Knowledge of, or ability to learn, advertising and marketing tactics to maximize occupancy.
