Key Responsibilities: • Develop and lead the sales operations in Chicago, collaborating closely with the Country Director • Promote Invibes, identifying and securing strategic advertising partners aligned with our objectives • Motivate and lead sales team members to ensure exceptional performance and ensure that quarterly and annual goals are met • Drive sales prospecting, manage pipelines, and close deals across the Midwest, with a focus on Chicago • Engage in the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with an emphasis on cultivating long-term partnerships • Identify new growth opportunities and maintain an extensive network within the industry • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver unparalleled customer service • Manage multiple business initiatives in a dynamic startup environment • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize client success and achieve quarterly and yearly targets • Engage in networking and social events with clients and partners
